CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requires 48 hours notice prior to your arrival date for the deposit to be refunded.
POLICIES
Rates are for two people per room. There is a $10 fee per person per night for each additional person.
We are a non-smoking and fragrance-free property for the comfort of our other guests. We charge a $200 cleaning fee if the room has been smoked in.
Pets: We allow small, non shedding dogs. Sorry, but no cats – your host has an allergy.
Check-in time: 3 PM – 10 PM Check-out time: by 11 AM. If an alternate time is required, please call us, we are quite flexible, but do appreciate it if you let us know when you will be likely arriving.
